What shipping options are available for spice orders?
We know you are eager to get into the kitchen! We process and pack all orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. Because our standup barrier pouches are wonderfully lightweight, we offer free shipping on all orders over $35. For smaller orders, we offer a simple flat-rate shipping fee.
Are your products gluten-free or allergen-free?
While most of our specific spice blends do not contain gluten or nuts, they are sourced and packaged in a facility that may handle these or other allergens. If you have a severe food allergy, please review the ingredient list on the back of each pouch carefully before purchasing.
How long do the spices stay fresh?
We specifically chose kraft paper barrier pouches for our packaging because they seal out light, moisture, and air. Kept in a cool, dark pantry, our whole spices will stay fresh for 2-3 years, while our ground spices & blends are best enjoyed within 1-2 years for maximum flavor.
Can I return an item?
